Wander through our Christmas stalls brimming with enchanting handmade gifts and festive treasures — perfect for thoughtful stocking fillers and seasonal surprises.
Throughout the day, join in joyful Christmas Singalong Circles with Emily Brown from
NottSinging Circle — guaranteed to lift your spirits and fill the air with song!
Treat yourself to a scrumptious selection of sweet delights, including homemade cakes, freshly baked scones with cream and jam, and a comforting choice of fresh leaf teas and artisan coffees.
As the day winds down, sip your cappuccino and watch as Newark town centre glows in a magical multicoloured light display — the perfect way to begin your Christmas holiday spirit.

We’ll be open until 3pm — wearing our best Christmas jumpers and serving up a scrumptious selection of seasonal treats,

Yummy hot chocolates
And so much more deliciousness!
Step into our warm and cosy house, sparkling with festive décor and boughs of holly — or pop by our barrow outside for a quick sprinkle of Christmas cheer!

We are excited to introduce The Breakfast Networking Club at the Governor’s House, launching.
Tuesday, 13th January 2026.
Connect with other local business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals who are passionate about growing their network, building valuable relationships, and supporting our local economy.
Join us for a productive morning of conversation, collaboration, and a delicious breakfast. We are hosting our breakfast clubs once a month, with a £10 per month sign-up fee, for a minimum of six months.

Settle in with a pot of delicious tea (included in your ticket) and enjoy a relaxing start before we lift our voices together. The Christmas singing circle begins at 7:30 PM and runs until 8:30 PM.
Tickets: £5 per person
Includes your choice of tea — Green, Red Berries, Christmas Blend, Earl Grey, or Breakfast Tea.
This is a Governors House community hub event — no experience needed, just come as you are and sing for joy and connection.
