Free Presentation with Ian Willows: Understanding Menopause & Moving Strong

The Governor’s House, Wednesday 14th January, 11 am

Free to attend, all women welcome

Join us at the Governor’s House for a supportive and informative session with Ian Willows, who

has recently launched the Menopause Edition of his popular Strong Program, a friendly,

practical 6-week course designed to help women navigate menopause through movement,

lifestyle, strength and fitness.

This free 45–60 minute presentation offers real guidance and clarity, cutting through the

confusion and empowering women with knowledge that truly supports wellbeing.

What Ian will cover:

• How menopause affects energy, strength and overall wellbeing

• The overwhelming and conflicting advice on social media

• The types of exercise that genuinely help manage symptoms

• How to begin a simple, sustainable routine that builds long-term positive change

• Open conversation, Q&A and time to chat over tea or coffee

This is a beautiful opportunity to bring local women together, spark meaningful

conversations, and receive valuable, down-to-earth guidance in a welcoming, community-

focused space.

Come along, learn something new, and feel supported on your journey.
